At Tailor Made , we operate as a hybrid team of employees and independent barbers. While we maintain high service standards, Tailor Made does not govern independent barbers’ pricing or policies. To understand which barbers are independent, please review our team bios before booking.

Appointment-Focused Barbershop
We prioritize appointments to ensure a personalized experience. Walk-ins are accepted when availability allows, but appointments always take precedence. Booking an appointment confirms your agreement with our policies.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Each barber or stylist has their own cancellation policy, typically ranging from 1 to 24 hours. Please check the reservation page disclaimer before booking.

• Arriving more than halfway into your appointment will require rescheduling.

• If your barber is running more than 15 minutes behind, notify a staff member for a complimentary service.

No-Call, No-Show Policy
Missed appointments are charged in full, and future bookings will require prepayment. Rescheduling must be arranged via email.

Refunds & Service Adjustments
Our goal is exceptional service.  If your service does not meet expectations, please notify us within 24 hours.

• Complimentary adjustments are available and will be scheduled with with a leader of our management team.

• Refunds are only considered for quality control issues and will not be granted beyond 24 hours or without an opportunity to correct the service.

Payment Policy
Card payments must be prepaid online or stored on file for future use.
All in-shop payments are cash only.
