APPOINTMENT FOCUSED BARBERSHOP: We prioritize appointments to ensure a tailored experience. Walk-ins are accepted if time permits, but appointments receive priority. Please review our policies before booking, as reserving an appointment confirms your agreement. We look forward to your visit!

CANCELLATIONS: Each barber/stylist has a unique cancellation policy, ranging from 1 to 24 hours. Please review the disclaimer on the reservation page before booking. If you arrive more than halfway into your appointment, rescheduling will be necessary. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full service cost. If you’re waiting more than 15 minutes past your appointment, notify a staff member, and your service will be complimentary.

NO CALL, NO SHOWS: Missed appointments will be charged in full, and you will be required to prepay for future bookings. You may reschedule the missed appointment, but this must be arranged via email.

REFUNDS: Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our clients. If we don’t meet your expectations, please let us know. We offer complimentary adjustments, scheduled like regular appointments, with your original barber/stylist and a senior barber, such as Brendan or Shaina. Concerns must be raised within 24 hours of your visit for refund or correction considerations. Refunds are only offered for quality control issues and will not be granted after the 24-hour window or without giving us the chance to make things right. PAYMENT: For debit or credit card payments, please prepay online or store your card on file for future use. All in-shop payments are cash only.
